hello school for the purpose of running this competition. hello school
is not the operator or host of this website.
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to those identified by the organisers as eligible. The organisers may require proof of eligibility at any time.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- impersonate other people or misrepresent your affiliation;
- upload malware, illegal content, or anything you do not have the right to share;
- attempt to bypass authentication, rate limiting or other security controls;
- scrape, automate or otherwise abuse the service;
- harass other participants, judges or organisers.
Violations may result in removal of your submissions and, at the organisers' discretion, a ban from the platform.
4. Submissions
You confirm that work you submit is your own (or properly attributed), and that you have the rights necessary to submit it. You grant the organisers a non-exclusive licence to display, evaluate and discuss your submission for the purposes of running and judging the event. You retain copyright in your work.
5. AI-generated content
Many tasks expect AI-assisted work. You must follow each task's brief about disclosure and demonstrate the prompts and judgement you applied. Submissions that ignore the brief may be disqualified.
6. No warranty
The service is provided "as is". The site operators and hello school do their best to keep it available and secure but make no guarantees of uptime or fitness for any particular purpose.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of this site and hello school are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after a change is taken as acceptance of the new terms.
